Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Saju Cheonmyeong Institute (the "Service") collects, uses, stores, and destroys users' personal information.

1. Personal Information We Collect

To calculate the Saju chart (Myeongsik) and generate AI reports, the Service collects the following information.

• Date of birth and time of birth (required or optional)
• Gender (required)
• Place of birth (optional)
• Email and social account information (at sign-up, provided via Clerk)

2. Purpose of Use

The information you enter is used solely for calculating the chart and generating a personalized AI result report. For non-member users who do not sign up, the birth date and time data is discarded immediately after the result is returned and is not stored in any database.

3. Storage and Destruction of Personal Information

Only when a registered member explicitly consents to the chart "Save" feature is the data stored securely, encrypted and isolated, in the member's own database (Supabase). Members may delete their own charts and reports from the dashboard at any time, and they are destroyed immediately upon deletion.

4. Provision to Third Parties

To generate a report, the entered Saju chart (Wonguk) information is transmitted to an AI model (Google Gemini API). At this time, no personally identifiable information (such as name or email) is transmitted—only the purely mathematical chart information is sent.
